Directions: |
Directions:Brown the meat and drain. Add the onions and brown with the meat. Add the beans without draining. Add the rotel, pkts of chili seasoning and tomatoes. Stir well and let simmer for about 20-30 minutes on low heat. If you prefer soupier chili add some tomatoe sauce. Season to taste with additional chili season, salt and pepper. Or something super hot like habanero sauce( not my choice but Chris's). Otherwise this is a very nice and thick chili. Serve with Sour Cream, cheddar cheese and tortilla chips. |

Notes: This is a quick and easy way to make chili. My family loves this in the winter and even when warm out. Our favorite is when made with venison. Awesome!!! And healthier. You can also play around with it and change the beans etc. to your families liking. Per my Texas husband his version of chili does not have beans. Yea Right!!!!!
