2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. diced onions
1 can pinto beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
2 (4.5 oz.) cans diced green chilies
1 can tomatoes with chilies
1 can black olives
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions; drain fat. Drain and slice black olives. Transfer meat to a big stock pot. Add the beans, tomatoes, green chilies and about 2 c. water along with the two packaged mixes. Simmer for about 1 hour. Serve with corn chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions and jalapeņos for those who can handle the heat.
