One pound ground beef or ground turkey
One can of yellow corn
One can of black beans
One can of pinto beans
One can of rotel
One can of diced tomatoes
One packet of ranch dressing seasoning
One packet of taco seasoning
One yellow onion
Grated cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the onion and brown the meat and onion together. Drain the meat and put into a large soup pot. Drain and add the yellow corn, pinto beans, black beans. Do not drain the rotel and diced tomatoes and add to the soup pot. Add the seasoning packets and simmer for about 30 minutes. After you fix your bowl, top with cheese and sour cream. Yummy!!

This is really good with tortilla chips on the side or crumbled up inside the soup. This soup is super easy and fast! Enjoy!!
