1 pkg yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

Topping:
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg. dry vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat well with mixer, pour into greased and floured 9 x 12 cake pan.
Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 min.

Topping:
Mix pudding and pineapple well. Fold in an 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip. Frost cake.

Store in fridge. Better if made the day before.
