Put through a food mill or a sieve
2-1/2 cups cream style canned corn
melt...
3 tablespoons butter
add and simmer gently, until tender
1/2 medium finely chopped onion
stir into onion...
3 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 tsp. salt
dash salt
dash nutmeg
stir in the corn and 3 cups milk
simmer until hot but do not boil.
