1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. grated sharp or mild cheese (may use packaged shredded cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Empty all ingredients in bowl and let stand at room temperature approximately 30 min.
Shape into bite size balls. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.

Great to make ahead and freeze.
Always a hit at church functions.
I use Tennessee Pride sausage, I find it's less greasy, but use what you like.
