2 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C Karo Corn Syrup
1/2 C water
2 eggs (whites only)
1 C broken nut meats
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, syrup and water and boil to firm ball stage in cold water (or 250º). Beat the egg whites until stiff. Pour half the boiling mixture over the eggs, beating constantly. Return the remaining mixture to stove and boil to hard ball stage (260º). Pour slowly into first half. Beat until stiff enough to drop. Add vanilla and nuts just before it gets stiff.
