Salad:
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 pkg Ramen Noodles, uncooked, broken up (discard flavor packet)
4 Tbls unsalted butter
1 bunch broccoli, coarsely chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, washed, broken into pieces
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup Sweet and Sour dressing

Sweet and Sour Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 Tbls soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Brown walnuts and noodles in butter; cool on paper towels. Combine noodles and walnuts with broccoli, romaine, and onions.
To the side in dressing bottle, combine all ingredients. Shake. Pour over salad.
