4 Pork Chops
2 TBSP Peanut oil
2 TBSP cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup salad vinegar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 med. onion sliced
1 large green pepper cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients except onion and pepper in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour thickened sauce over pork chips and top w/onion and green pepper. Bake covered for 1 1/2-2 hours until tender.
