2 c. elbow macaroni
(8oz.) UNCOOKED
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 tsp. Worcester-shire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. tomato juice
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp.salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute macaroni, ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns yellow and beef is browned. Add tomato juice, tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 20 min. Add additional tomato juice, if needed, as macaroni simmers.
