2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
2 cups flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
Large can fruit (drained) (apples, pears, blueberries, strawberries or fresh fruit)
Cinnamon & Sugar (combined)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter & sugar - add flour, salt, baking powder and eggs - mix by hand.

Grease spring form pan - pour in batter - top with fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar mixture on top.

Bake at 350o for 1 1/2 hours
