1 cup of Cheez-Its, crushed
2 Tbsp taco powder
4 Boneless Chicken breast (halved to create 8 pcs)
4 green onions, chopped
2 Tspn butter
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
2 cups of Fiesta-blend shredded cheese
1 (4oz.) grn chilies-only if you want to spice it up!
1/2 tsp chicken-flavored bouillon cube

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350บ. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Combine Cheeze-Its and taco seasoning in a large Ziploc bag. Crush the bag so you have cracker crumbs. Dredge chicken in crumb mixture and place in greased baking dish. Saute' green onions in butter in pan until tender. Stir heavy whipping cream and remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour mixture over chcken. Bake, uncovered at 350บ for 45 Minutes. Serve over yellow rice w/a side of black beans.
