butter or olive oil
red pepper
green pepper
salt & pepper
zuchinni
jar of pasta sauce, your choice
onion
pasta, your choice
jalepeno pepper (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables and saute' in butter or olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, can use garlic to if you like. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Gently heat pasta sauce. To serve put pasta on your plate then pile the vegetables on top, then pasta sauce.

This is so good but the only time I get to have this is when me and Bobbi go to the cottage because no boys in my house would eat this. It's their loss cuz it is so yummy!
