2 cans black-eyed peas
1 can hominy
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving. Serve with chips or crackers.
