3 whole eggs
9 egg yolks
2 tbsp powdered sugar
4 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 lb flour ( 3 cups )
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat whole eggs well in mixing bowl then beat in egg yolks.
mix sugar, milk, salt, butter and add to eggs
add flour gradually to batter
add vanilla
Roll and knead dough 20 to 30 times
roll out with rolling pin to 1/8 inch thickness and cut in long strips
Cut strips into quarters and make a slit in center
pull on end through
Deep fry in hot fat 2-3 min. until slightly brown
drain and top with sprinkled powdered sugar
