1 pkg lime jello
1/4 C sugar
1 C boiling water
1 C cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 T lemon juice
1 C mini marshmallows
1/2 C pecans, chopped fine
1/2 pint Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and sugar in cup of boiling water. Set aside to cool. Then mix in cottage cheese, pineapple (drained) and lemon juice. Fold in marshmallows, pecans and Cool Whip. Pour into oblong dish and refrigerate. *colored mini marshmallows are fun to use for this dish.
