3 Tbls brown sugar
3 Tbls bourbon
2 Tbls low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbls grated peeled ginger
1 Tbls lime juice
3 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 (6oz) skinless salmon fillets
1/4 cup green onions
1 Tbls sesame seed toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bag; add fish to bag, seal and marinate 1.5 hrs. in refrigerator. Heat large skillet; cook 4 minutes each side. After cooking drizzle with 1 tablespoon of green onions and 1/4 tablespoon sesame seeds.
