3 c. sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked & mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 c. milk
(if you are using skim, add extra butter)
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
3/4 stick butter

Directions:

Mix above ingredients for casserole, and place in a baking dish.

Mix the topping ingredients & sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes at 425.
