2 Tabl butter
3 eggs
1 c flour
1 c milk
1 teas onion or garlic salt
1/2 teas pepper
1 teas baking powder
1/2 lb grated cheese (I like Monterey Jack)
spinach, 4 c fresh chopped or l block frozen

Directions:
Directions:
If using frozen spinch, cook until thawed, squeeze out liquid, and chop.
Melt butter in 9" x 13" pan. Beat eggs. Add flour, milk, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Add cheese and spinach mixing well. Pour into pan and bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until set. Cool at least 30 minutes before cutting. Cut into squares.
