Chicken Dijon Recipe

3 Tabl. butter
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 Tabl. flour
1 c chicken broth
1/2 c light cream (milk will work)
1 - 2 Tabl Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts in the butter until done, appx 20 minutes. Remove from pan.
Stir flour into drippings. Add chicken broth and cream. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens and bubbles. Stir in mustard to taste. Return chicken to sauce, cover and heat 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
