1 (4oz) can of whole peeled green chili
1 chipotle chili (opt)
1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese
1/3 c. heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Heat in a saucepan and serve immediately

For soup to be thicker add 3 Tbls of flour during the heating process, and stir until smooth

Also have used fresh roasted jalapeņo instead of green chilies

I serve this with jalapeņo cornbread!
