6 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 cakes yeast
½ cup warm milk
½ lb. Butter
3 eggs beaten
1 cup sour cream

Poppyseed Filling:
1 lb. Ground poppyseed
2 cup sugar
1 cup seedless raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in milk. Combine flour, butter, salt, sugar, eggs and sour cream. Add yeast and milk mixture. Blend well. Divide dough into four parts and roll out each part thin as for jelly roll. Spread with poppyseed or nut filling. Roll and place on greased pan and let rise for 1 hour, or until double. Bake 35-40 minutes, 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Poppyseed Filling:
Combine ingredients, add enough milk to make filling easy to spread.
