3 cups sugar
1 cup cream
1 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. dates, cut up
1 lb.figs, cut up
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. shredded coconut
1 cut nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, cream, and butter to soft ball stage 234 F. Beat until creamy. Beat in vanilla, fruit and nuts. Roll up like a cookie roll and wrap in damp cloth, then in waxed paper, and put in a cool place to ripen. Cut slices as needed.
