2 lbs. Brie Cheese - room temp (I cut the rind off)
1/2 c. butter
1-1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tblsp. corn syrup
1/3 c. whipping cream
1 c, toasted pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat, add brown sugar, corn syrup and cream stirring constantly. Bring to boil (not necessary to boil more than a second or two, or it will become hard). Pour over cheese and nuts.
