Salad:
1 head Cauliflower
1 head Lettuce
1 large Purple Onion
1-2 Green Peppers

12 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 lb Bacon

Dressing:
2 2 cups Miracle Whip
2-3 tbsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the bacon until crispy. Set aside & let cool.

Layer the vegetables in a large salad bowl:

Mix / blend the miracle whip & sugar together well! Spread, as a layer, over top of the veggies.

Layer the shredded cheese. Crumble the bacon, and sprinkle over the cheese as the top layer.

Cover with saran wrap & refrigerate overnight (the "seal" in the name "Sealed Salad").

Toss just before serving!
