1 pkg. small wanton wrappers
16 oz. ricotta cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 large container of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl mix ricotta, parmesan, egg, and salt and pepper. Allow to chill for 30 minutes. Spoon a teaspoon of mixture into the middle of one wrapper, wet edges and place a second wrapper over it. Fold the ends over to seal. Bring a pot of water to boil and place ravioli in. Cook until they float.

Preheat oven to 350. In a frying pan, saute onions and garlic and fry hamburger. Drain and add tomato sauce.

Place sauce and ravioli into a baking dish. Cover with parmesan cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes.
