1 lb. can salmon 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 T. instant onion dill weed 3 eggs 1-1/4 c. cracker crumbs dash pepper 1/4 c. margarine
Empty salmon (including bones and liquid) into bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Put into buttered loaf pan or casserole dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour. Sprinkle with lemon juice or just eat it plain.
