1 beef roast (any cut)
2 rutabagas
6 potatoes
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beef roast with water, adding salt and pepper. Boil until done. Take roast out and put on a platter. In broth put the rutabagas, cut in small wedges. Boil until they are partially done. Add twice as many potatoes as you have of the rutabagas. Also, cut in small pieces. boil both until done, putting roast back on top so it will stay hot. Mash potatoes and rutabagas together. Use broth to make gravy.
