4 T. Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, add egg and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Spread batter evenly in a greased 8-inch square pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool in pan on a cooling rack, then cut into 2-inch squares. Store air tight.
