2 Lbs. of Jacob's Cattle Beans (large beans with cow markings on them)
1/2 Lb. Salt Pork
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tsp. Dry Mustard
Dash Salt
1 Medium Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Pick over beans, soak them over night in cold water. Cut onion into quarters and place in the bottom large bean pot, then beans, mustard, pork, sugar, and salt pork. Add boiling water and mix. Cover with boiling water. Bake 300º for 6 hours or more. Check water often as they run out really quickly.
