1 lb. Dry Red Beans
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 Celery Ribs, Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 (14 1/2 oz) Canned Vegetable Broth
2 C. Water
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1 T. Hot Pepper Sauce
3 C. Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, cover bean with 3 times the volume of water and bring to a boil. About 10 minutes. Then remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 1 hour, then drain. Combine all of the ingredients except for the rice. Cover and cook low in the crock pot for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. Serve over fluffy rice.
