1 lb. Bacon
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
8 Eggs
3 C. Corn Flakes
2 C. Almonds
1 C. Half & Half
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
Loaf of Thick Bread

Preheat oven to 350. Place bacon on a broiler pan so that the juices can run under. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 25 minutes. In a medium bowl add corn flakes and almonds, crunch them up. In a large bowl add half & half, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and eggs, beat well. Heat a skillet or large pan to medium heat. Place a little butter in bottom of pan so the bread wont stick. Dip bread into egg mixture, then dip bread into dry mixture. Place french toast on skillet cook for 2 minutes each side. Then foil a cookie sheet and put french toast on it and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Add your favorite syrup.
