2/3 C. Flour
2/3 C. Milk
1/2 tsp. Butter
1 Egg
Salt
Filling:
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 T. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Strawberry Preserve
Whip Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a small skillet with non stick spray. Combine flour, milk, egg, butter and a dash of salt in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into hot skillet. Tilt skillet around to spread batter thin and evenly. Cook for 1 minute then flip. repeat flipping every minute until its a light golden brown. Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Spread cream cheese filling onto crepe, add strawberry preserve. Fold like a burrito. On top add a dollop of whip cream.
