1 3/4c. flour 2 tsp. Baking powder 1/4 tsp. Baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3c. butter 2/3 c. sugar 2 eggs-beaten 1c. mashed bananas(about 3) 1/2 c. nuts
350º for 1 hour
Cream Butter,then add sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.Mix dry ing. in small bowl. Then add slowly 1/2 bananas and 1/2 dry ing. at a time. Then add nuts and mix. Grease loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Or use tube pan and bake approx. 1/2 hour. I use the tube pan.
