4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 c milk
1 c oil for frying (or deep fryer)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in large Ziploc bag. Dip chicken pieces in milk and coat with flour mixture in bag.

Heat deep fryer or heat oil in large heavy skillet to 350. Fry chicken pieces in batches for about 3-5 minutes a side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Keep warm in oven while preparing other batches.
