1 C minute rice
1 pkg frozen broccoli, chopped
1/4 C onion, chopped
1/4 C celery, sliced
1 small jar cheese whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 C rice (pre-cook measure) as directed on pkg. Cook broccoli to just under done and drain water. In skillet add butter, then saute onion and celery until tender. Put hot items in greased casserole dish and add soup and cheese whiz. Mix
well. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
