2 c flour 1 c margarine 3/4 c + 2 Tbsp sugar divided 8 c slices apples 1 tsp cinnamon 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
Mix flour, margarine, and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Press into 9x13 pan. Spread sliced apples over crust. Combine 3/4 c sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Bake 30 minutes at 400º. Cool completely. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions. Pour over apples. Serve with Cool Whip.
