1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Half & Half
1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch pepper
Fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in small sauce pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese and half & half. Beat with wire whisk until sauce is smooth. Add nutmeg and pepper. Continue to simmer until pasta is ready. Drain pasta and pour sauce over. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
