1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg yellow instant pudding mix
3/4 c cooking oil
3/4 c water
4 eggs

2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c orange juice
2 tbsp soft butter
2 tbsp warm water

Mix all ingredients 2 minutes and pour into 2 8" pans, ungreased. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.

Prick all over the cake with a fork going to the bottom of the pan. Combine all sauce ingredients and slowly pour over the cake.
