1 lb. 97% to 99% lean ground Turkey
2 T. Rubbed Sage (Not Ground)
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 T. Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce
1 1/2 T. Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except olive oil. Shape into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat in the olive oil.

Or (this work great for recipes with ground sausage in it ) I just scramble all the ingredient together in a large skillet.
