1/2 c. Margarine
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Boiling Water
4 Eggs
1 c. Flour, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in boiling water. Add flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously. Cook on stove, stirring constantly until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and forms a ball that doesn’t separate. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each till smooth.

Drop by scant teaspoons (or use more for larger puffs) on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes till golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool. Makes approximately 50 small puffs.
