1 c strawberries, hulled and halved
Dressing:
2 T raspberry vinegar
2 T brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c sesame oil
1/2 c fresh lemon juice
coarse salt
fresh ground pepper
Salad:
4 c mixed field greens
1 c strawberries, hulled and halved
1 medium jicama. peeled and julienned
1/4 c toasted pistachios, chopped

Dressing:
Process 1 c strawberries, vinegar, brown sugar, olive oil, sesame oil and lemon juice in food processor or blender til smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine greens, strawberries and jicama in a salad bowl. Just before serving, toss dressing with salad and sprinkle with pistachios.
