4 lbs Beef Brisket
2 T Liquid Smoke
1 t Celery Seed
2 t Salt
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 t Ground Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
1 C Barbecue Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine liquid smoke, celery seed, salt, worcestershire, pepper and garlic in a large zip-lock bag. Place brisket into bag and marinate overnight. Cover and bake at 300 for 5 hours. Remove cover and add barbecue sauce and bake for an additional hour. Slice thin. Pour juices over meat and serve.
