2 Waffles
Fruit - banana or strawberries (optional)

Toast 2 waffles in the toaster. When they are done, spread peanut butter on one waffle and jelly on the other. Place sliced banana's or strawberries on one waffle and put the two waffles together. Now you have a breakfast sandwich that is healthy but fun.

Mom's Note - This was Ian's idea for breakfast this morning. He wanted 2 waffles, pb and jelly. He insisted that they be a sandwhich. I didn't have any fruit so I used strawberry waffles. He ate the entire thing without any arguments!
