2 C. Cauliflower
1 (14 3/4 oz) Chicken Broth
1/2 C. Red Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Peel, Finely Grated
1 1/2 C. Half and Half
3 T. Flour
1 (8oz.) Package of Imitation Crabmeat
2 T. Dill, Freshly Chopped

In a large sauce pan combine cauliflower, broth, bell pepper and lemon peel. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 6-8 minutes. Stir together half and half and flour. Stir in crabmeat. heat throughout. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with dill. Serve immediately.
