1/3 C. Soy Sauce
2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
1 T. Honey
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
4 (4oz) Salmon Fillets
Green Onions, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together soy sauce, garlic and honey in a bowl. Remove and set aside 1/4 cup of the mixture. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour soy marinade over the top. Cover and chill for 5 minutes. Heat sesame oil large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. remove fillets from marinade. Cook, skin side up, 5 minutes. Turn and drizzle with reserved 1/4 cup marinade. Cook 5-7 minutes more until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle the top with green onions
