1 lb. Halibut fillets, cut into serving size pieces
3 T. Butter, Melted
1 tsp. Garlic Pepper
1 tsp. Dried Oregano Leaves
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp. Dried Thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray 13x9x12 inch baking pan or shallow baking dish with non-stick spray. Place halibut in single layer in the dish. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Sprinkle fish lightly with salt. Spoon spice mixture evenly over fish. Bake 15-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
