4 (6 oz.) Cod Fillets
2/3 C. Silvered Almonds, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
1/4 C. Olive Oil
1/3 C. Balsamic Vinegar
2 T. Dijon Mustard
2 tsp. Fresh Sage, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine silvered almonds, garlic, olive oil balsamic vinegar, mustard and chopped sage in a small bowl. Pour over cod. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork.
