1 lb. Shrimp, Peeled and Cleaned
1/2 C. Butter
1 Clove of Garlic
1/4 C. Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 T. Fresh Parsley, Chopped
2 C. White Rice, Cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In a 13x9x2 inch baking dish, arrange shrimp on a single layer. In a small saucepan melt butter, saute garlic for 1 minutes. Add broth, red pepper flakes and parsley. drizzle butter mixture over shrimp. Bake about 10 minutes. Serve shrimp with rice. garnish with parsley if desired.
