1 large Onion, Chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
1 Habanaro Pepper, Chopped
1 T. White Vinegar
1 Mango
1/2 C. water
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot add onion, garlic, pepper, vinegar and chopped mango. Add 1/2 C. water and bring to a boil. Let cool. Add a pinch of salt. Blend well in a blender or food processor.
